Metal Bellows Expansion Joints for a Riley Stoker Coal Mill, January 2006

Pictured above are 4 metal bellows expansion joints for a "Riley Stoker Coal Mill" that shipped to a local Midwest Power Plant. The joints measured 23" (584mm) x 20" (508mm) and was constructed with the following specifications: 1/4" thick carbon steel flanges, 12 ga., 316 stainless steel bellows, 1/4" 304 stainless steel sleeve, no holes required (Field punched) max. temperature rated 600 deg. F, max. pressure is 40" H20, cold position is 9.5", hot position is 7.750", joint to be air tight welded construction, all carbon steel will be ASTM A-569.
