Mini-, low, standard, primary and heavy duty profiles are available. | Bi-State Rubber Inc. offers AccuFlo™ Replacement Blades to retrofit your O.E.M. equipment. The AccuFlo™ Blade utilizes our exclusive Raptor™ Profile. This profile incorporates a thicker cross section of material to the backside of the blade, which stabilizes and reinforces the cleaning surface and acts as a shock absorber in coarse carryback applications. This is essential in preventing belt and splice damage. The leading edge of the Raptor™ profile provides a cutting action which shaves the belt clean, reducing carryback and lowering operating costs. The backbone of the AccuFlo™ Blade is our exclusive Kryptane® urethane formulations. Kryptane® urethane is not your typical A-B canned system provided by other manufacturers. Kryptane® formulations are performance based polyurethanes created with abrasion in mind. Product quality and integrity are our foremost concern. All formulations are computer flow monitored to 2 tenths of 1% to assure product consistency. We believe our AccuFlo™ Raptor™ blades can economically upgrade your cleaning system.
