Belts are normally continuous and Bi-State installs the strongest hot vulcanized splice on the market. We can also provide your belt with ends prepared for plate fasteners or our special recess hinge fastener.

Holes and Patterns
Shown here are two of the more commmon drain hole patterns. Available drain hole patterns in 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" (contact us for special requests).

How to measure a belt
I.C. is inside circumference. This is the most accurate, but can only be measured off the machine or from a spare belt.
O.C. is outside circumference. This is most commonly used but has its drawbacks. Belt thickness must be considered. Belt can be measured inside the machine by taping short distances and marking or measuring c.c. on cleats and total cleat count. Special concern to where take-up is set must be noted on either method of measuring.

Base Belting construction in 3 ply and 4 ply style with industries most durable rubber covers. Available in 3/16" x 1/16", 1/4" x 1/16" and 3/8" x 3/32".
